Mr. Carlock opened the Law Offices of Chad Carlock in downtown Davis in May of 2000. Previously, Mr. Carlock was an associate with the Law Offices of David Rosenberg from December, 1996 through April, 2000.
Mr. Carlock is licensed to practice before all Courts of the State of California (State Bar #186184), before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, the Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. Carlock received his Bachelor of Arts with Honors in American Studies in 1993 from the University of California, Davis.
He has a Minor in Sociology - Law and Society emphasis. He is a Lifetime Sustaining Member of the Cal Aggie Alumni Association.
Chad was awarded his Juris Doctor in May 1996 from the UC Davis School of Law ("King Hall").
During law school, he was President of the Law Students Association (1995-96) and received American Jurisprudence Awards in Criminal Law and Professional Responsibility. Mr. Carlock was also Co-Editor-in-Chief of Environs Law and Policy Journal(1995-96).
